These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Got Junk SD website and junk removal services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Got Junk SD provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in San Diego County. Services are provided on a flat-rate, volume-based pricing model. All pricing is provided upfront before work begins; you are not obligated to proceed until you approve the estimate.

2. Bookings and Appointments

You may request service by calling us, submitting a form on our website, or emailing us. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment slot; we will confirm availability. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Got Junk SD operates a transactional SMS program to send quotes, booking confirmations, and service updates.

Program description: Transactional SMS messages related to junk-removal quotes, appointment confirmations, and service updates for Got Junk SD customers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and booking status.
Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To cancel: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages.

No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payment. All quoted prices are final unless the scope of work changes materially from what was described at the time of estimate.

5. Liability Limitation

Got Junk SD is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, structural damage caused by items being removed from tight spaces, or damage to items you have requested we remove. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous materials including (but not limited to) asbestos, paint, gasoline, propane, chemicals, biohazardous waste, or other regulated substances. Additional restrictions may apply — contact us for details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
